Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Westendbotanicals, we strive for perfection. Because our services involve custom printing and personalized publishing work, our policy is structured as follows:

  • Publishing Services: If you wish to cancel your publishing package before any design or editing work has started, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees). Once design, formatting, or editing work begins, refunds will be evaluated on a pro-rata basis depending on the work completed.

  • Printing Services: Since physical printing is completely customized to your specifications, refunds are not provided once production/printing has officially started.

  • Damaged or Defective Orders: If your printed books arrive damaged due to a shipping error or suffer from manufacturing defects (e.g., misprinted pages, binding errors), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly reprint and replace the damaged copies at no extra cost to you.
